On Java enabled Browsers you should have 2 windows with ProSAT 2 + WebMol visualisation Alkaline Phosphatase (EC-Number 3.1.3.1 )
BRENDA parsing log fileShort help on usage of the tool: - Java must be installed and enabled.
- The main window is the tool to select annotations.
It presents a possibility to to select the annotations,
according to the groups appearing in the left-hand side
of this window. These selected annotation are listed in
"Selection:" table, and they are send to webmol
visualisation of annotations.
- Use left-mouse click on group names on the tables
to select and Ctrl-left_mouse_click to deselect.
- At the same time, the main window gives a possibility
to define new groups (Userselection buttons on the right-hand
side), select the groups according to which the visualisations will be sorted and the possibility to select the pdb file to
show annotations on.
- Operate with buttons on the right-hand side to use this
functionality.
- The button "Webmol" will send the selection with
sorting to webmol visualisation. "update Windows" will
update already opened visualisation according to
newer selections.
- Once opened, webmol visualisation can
highlight selected residues pushing the corresponding
buttons.
- Right/Middle mouse button on highlighting buttons will
show additional information and allow to change the color
of the highlighted residue and corresponding button.
